Following his life-changing gastric sleeve surgery 10 weeks ago, James Argent has returned to the gym for his very first training session.
The former TOWIE star, who was previously spotted speaking to a Gemma Collins lookalike, took to his Instagram stories to document his first time back in the gym since the surgery.
As the 33 year old stood with some weights in his hands, he told the camera: "My first day back, full training and full capacity, I'm 10 weeks post-surgery and now it's time to for the next step and the next big change."
Arg then proceeded to continue with his training session and got stuck into lifting some heavy weights as his trainer stood beside him and motivated him.
In the next story, the Essex native did some rope training as the trainer timed him on his watch.
He wrote over the clip: "Just started a 3 month programme with @jsalmon_be."
The happy-go-lucky star went under the knife in April for his life-saving operation after doctors told him "he was so fat he could die".
Arg had half his stomach removed during a sleeve gastrectomy operation by Transform at a top clinic in Birmingham.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, the 33 year old admitted: "This is the biggest operation I’ve ever had in my life – so I was scared.
“I did say to the surgeon: ‘Is there a chance I might not wake up?' He said there was a small chance."
Just a few weeks after the surgery, James appeared on Loose Women and revealed he had already lost two stone.
"I'm going on long walks, I'm feeling happier, I'm feeling healthier," he explained as he spoke from his back garden.
"I'm starting to feel like my old self again and I think that I definitely made the right decision and this is really going to be a positive new chapter for me. I'm buzzing."
Panellist Ruth Langsford then asked: "You just said there, you're losing weight already. So it's only two and a half weeks on, how much weight do you think you've lost?"
He responded: "So since I started the pre-op diet, just before the surgery, as of today I've lost already two and a half stone."
He continued: "It's a great start, I'm absolutely over the moon with that. I'm starting to recognise myself in the mirror again. The confidence is starting to come back. My looks are coming back."
