Ashley Graham praised by fans as she posts 'nakie big girl' snap

Ashley Graham was praised by her fans as she posted a ‘nakie big girl’ picture.

The model took to Instagram to post a nude mirror selfie and made sure to cover up her breasts with her arms in the stunning snap.

She tilted her head and put on her best model face while the sink did the job of covering her lower half.

Ashley – who welcome her first child, son Isaac, nine months ago with husband Justin Ervin – wrote in the caption: ‘nakie big girl 👋🏽 ‘

Fans quickly took to her comments to praise the post, but some did not like that she called herself ‘big’.

‘Nakie *normal* girl,’ one fan commented, garnering almost 2,000 likes.

‘I hate that this is seen as ‘big girl’ I see nothing but a beautiful, naturally curvy woman in all her glory….. super sexy and womanly ❤️,’ another fan posted, complimenting the star.

One fan wrote: ‘Beautiful a real body🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️’

The star, who rose to fame as a plus-size model, recently opened up about her body after giving birth in January this year.

Ashley has shared that it took her some time to get used to how her body was changing.

But when Isaac was born, the new mum decided she was going to embrace her new body as it was a reminder that ‘as women, we’re all superheroes’.

Ashley told ELLE magazine: ‘I’m always reminded that our bodies were built to do this. It’s such a beautiful thing to be able to give birth, but I didn’t realise it until afterward.

‘Before I was even pregnant, that was always my hope for women in general, that they could learn to continue to love their bodies through the changes and the ups and downs.

‘And then, when I got pregnant, I had to reimagine my relationship with my body with this creature inside me taking over.

‘I was gaining weight so rapidly. At first it felt devastating, and then when I met Isaac, I said, “No, this is exactly what every woman has talked about for ages. This is not just a battle wound. This is something that has changed my life forever, and I’m going to celebrate my new body.”’
