Prince William has reportedly accused his brother Harry of putting "fame over family" after his "tell-all" interview with Oprah Winfrey in March.

The Duke of Sussex, 36, sat down with the talk show host alongside his pregnant wife Meghan Markle, 39, to discuss everything from stepping down as senior members of the Royal Family to mental health issues.

The couple made several allegations surrounding their family, including that there were "concerns" over the colour of their son Archie's skin when he was born.

Former Suits actress Meghan also claimed 38 year old Prince William's wife Kate Middleton, 39, made her cry days before her royal wedding, contrary to reports.

Since then, the two brothers have spoken on the phone, which a US Weekly source said: “The conversation Harry and William had after the big interview didn’t end well."

The source went on to explain that Prince William has felt as though Harry's success abroad in the US has changed him.

“William feels that Harry has gotten too big for his boots since moving to California — that success and Hollywood have gone to his head,” they said.

“He’s already accused [Harry] of putting fame over family after the big interview.”

Prince William and Harry are now set to unveil a statue of their late mother Diana for what would've been her 60th birthday.

The source claimed William is "insisting" on seeing his brother before the event, but Harry is reportedly "refusing to meet up," as he "won't be bossed around".

In fact, Harry may not leave his home in Los Angeles to attend the event at all.

Diana's biographer Andrew Morton exclusively told OK!: “This is going to be one of the most publicised unveiling of a statue since Churchill’s statue in Parliament Square. Everyone will be watching and commenting.

"Harry might not go because Meghan is due her baby around that time – he could be changing diapers."

Jointly commissioned by the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex and created by Ian Rank-Broadley, the statue will be placed in the Sunken Garden of Kensington Palace to mark 24 years since Diana’s death and “recognise her positive impact”.

If Andrew’s predictions are correct, William is likely to call upon his rock and wife Kate to be by his side at the momentous occasion instead.
