New year, new ink.
Mere hours before his performance on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2020” on Tuesday night, pop superstar and noted body art enthusiast Post Malone took to Instagram to show off his new head-turning tattoo.
The “Circles” singer, 24, opted to get a medieval gauntlet holding a flail inked on the right side of his face.
Kyle Hediger, the artist behind Malone’s latest tat, also shared a close-up look at the piece on his account. “Last tattoo of 2019. Gauntlet on the baby boy @postmalone love u,” he captioned his photo. “2020 is going to be next level. Love you all.”
Hediger was in the audience for Malone’s performance, during which the “Goodbyes” hitmaker stumbled onstage and fell into the crowd; he appeared unharmed, and was quickly helped back up by security guards and fans.
