Real Housewives of Cheshire star Nicole Sealey may have made an impact during her stint on the ITVBe show but it's unlikely her children will be following in her footsteps.

The reality star and millionaire rail entrepreneur exclusively told OK! Online that her three grown children Remi, Luka and Kira have no desire to step into the limelight, but are only too happy to support their mum on the show.

It's not often the 46 year old CEO talks about her family but she opened up as she discussed life in lockdown and their plans for the future.

Nicole left school at 15 with no qualifications and yet managed to build various successful companies from the ground up, whilst bringing up three children.

The wife of former footballer Joe Sealey, who she has just started a podcast with in lockdown called The Husband and The Housewife, said she'd been asked several times over the years to join the cast of Real Housewives and finally felt it was the right time.

And although she's become more comfortable with appearing in front of the camera it's unlikely that her two daughters Luka who recently bought her first house, and Kira who studies fashion at university, or her teen footballer son Remi, will be joining her that often.

"My oldest daughter [Luka] isn't interested in social media, she is petite and very tiny doesn't wear a lot of make up and is just so natural. The environment isn't for her," Nicole said.

"The middle one [Kira] she's quite quirky. She's around fashion and her friends model. The fashion industry, social media is really at the forefront. But she is quite well balanced in that way so I am quite lucky.

"There are different types of girls that are more susceptible to social media etcetera… But they really don't court attention. I don't know if they will [follow my footsteps] and Kira has filmed a couple of little bits [on RHOC].

Nicole added: "None of them mind me doing [RHOC] none of them are embarrassed!"

The lack of embarrassment is definitely a good reaction for Nicole who has caused a bit of a stir since joining the other wives on the reality TV show.

She said that she's bringing back the chaos and feels lot more at home on TV: "I'm still as I was. Probably more comfortable in front of the camera. When we first saw it I had never done it before. So it can only get better!

"I just thought it was important to continue to be myself. I've definitely been speaking my mind," the mum of three added.

The busy entrepreneur, who was still able to run her businesses in lockdown, recently recovered from gallbladder surgery and has been taking care of herself and getting back on top form.

She recently lost three stone after overhauling her lifestyle and said that although she is looking to lose a little more weight, whenever she posts pictures on social media she would never edit her snaps.

Despite the growing popularity among her reality TV peers to alter images, Nicole is firm on her stance: "I won't edit pictures on there, it's portraying something you’re not.

"When people are editing when they’re unrecognisable, and seeing that on the body they get a weird perception of themselves."
