WWE star Sami Zayn may have just dropped a huge spoiler – The Rock could be about to make a stunning return to Monday Night Raw.
The Great One, 47, has not been inside the ring since his appearance at WrestleMania 32 in January 2016.
Now the former WWE champion and Hollywood megastar, real name Dwayne Johnson, could be set for a mega comeback alongside a host of other legends next week.
Yesterday he was spotted at WWE’s Performance Centre in Florida by none other than Sami Zayn.
The Canadian posted a video to Twitter noting that he was restarting his #SamiForSyria campaign to get a new mobile clinic up and running in the war torn country.
And along with the clip he wrote: “Bumped into @TheRock today at the @WWEPC whilst getting care for my #Rickety shoulders & got to thank him personally for the RT & support of the #SamiForSyria campaign to start a mobile clinic in Syria.
“Be cool like The Rock – RT or support by donating: http://SamiForSyria.com!”
It remains unclear on exactly why The Rock was at the PC, although he did confirm earlier in the day he was heading to the east coast after a busy day promoting his new Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw movie.
The future Hall of Famer could now be about to join Stone Cold Steve Austin and a host of other iconic names back in the squared-circle.
WWE is hosting a special “Raw Reunion” on Monday, with the beer-swilling Texas Rattlesnake the headline act returning.
Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Christian, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall, and Kevin Nash are all slated to appear.
Also pencilled in are The Boogeyman, Shane Helms, Ted DiBiase Sr Jimmy Hart, D-Von Dudley, Jerry Lawler, Sgt Slaughter and Santino Marella.
One possible reason for The Rock’s visit to the PC could be family-related.
His daughter Simone trains there as she attempts to become a fourth generation superstar in the company.
