Cassie Randolph Just Had Her Restraining Order Against Colton Underwood Extended

It’s been almost a month since Cassie Randolph first filed her restraining order against former Bachelor Colton Underwood for allegedly placing a tracking device on her car, harassing and stalking her, and showing up at her parents’ property in Huntington Beach, California. Now, Cassie has been granted an extension on her temporary restraining order against Colton, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Cassie and Colton attended a hearing today, in which her attorney officially requested that the restraining order against Colton would be extended until they appear in court for their next hearing (scheduled for November 6) about the allegations. The judge overseeing the case has permitted the extension.

News of the restraining order extension comes after TMZ‘s report today, which alleged that Cassie filed a police report against Colton with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department last Wednesday. According to her lawyer, Bryan Freedman, Cassie didn’t want to file the police report for fear of the matter becoming messy. “It was her intention to first, try and work through this process privately in a manner that gives both her and Colton safety, security and respect. We are confident this is possible,” he said.

Cassie and Colton have not spoken to each other since, and are communicating exclusively through their lawyers.
