Celebrity MasterChef fans have didn't know what to think of Duncan James as his recent exploration of Botox and fillers left them startled by his appearance.
The former Blue star and Hollyoaks actor appeared on Monday night's episode of the BBC cooking series' celebrity edition alongside EastEnders' Rita Simons, Happy Mondays star Bez, legendary actress Su Pollard and comedian Munya Chawaw.
While watching the premiere episode of the show's 16th run, fans raised their alarm over Duncan's face, which seemed different than usual.
Posting to Twitter, viewers commented on the star and expressed their opinions that he should "lay off the fillers", with one user even speculating that Duncan had undergone a "dodgy face lift".

One viewer wrote: “Duncan’s ‘dish of the day’ is Botox … and lashings of it!!”
Another questioned: "Such a good looking lad, what has he done to himself?"
A third chimed in with: “I’m not old enough to remember when Duncan out of Blue had his own face.”
Elsewhere, one user penned: “Bloody hell Duncan, ease off the fillers mate!”
“Has Duncan James had a dodgy face lift?” another asked.
While others defended him, writing: "Duncan James is in a vicious circle. He'll be judged for his looks – Botox or not. Cruel and judgemental people are why so many choose to get Botox in the first place. Society is pre-occupied with how others look."
A second added: "Usual vile, nasty comments about Duncan James from Twitterati t***s! Not sure why a bit of weight triggers everyone?"
The backlash came as less as a surprise to Duncan himself, who predicted the strong response to his changed appearance during Friday's episode of Good Morning Britain.
Confirming that he "had a bit of Botox" before filming the show, Duncan admitted that he expected to be trolled on social media once the series aired.
"Probably after MasterChef I'm gonna get a load of abuse because I had a bit more weight on there, and had a bit of Botox before I went in," he said.
"So I have got a bit of the old eyebrow thing going on because it hadn't settled.
"So one thing I've learned is, never go on national television with fresh Botox!"
Other celebrities to feature in Celebrity MasterChef series 16 are Katie Price, Loose Women star Penny Lancaster, Love Island's Kem Cetinay and Joe Swash.
Former TOWIE star Megan McKenna, Great British Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant, EastEnders actress Michelle Collins, Coronation Street's Melissa Johns and Strictly Come Dancing pro Johannes Radebe are also in the running to claim the trophy.
