Patsy Palmer has broken her silence after she made a swift exit from a Good Morning Britain interview on Wednesday.
The EastEnders star, 39, hosts Susanna Reid andBen Shephardstunned when she refused to continue the interview after taking offensive to a tagline which described her as ‘an addict’.
The former soap star became infuriated after the ticker tape banner along the bottom of the screen claimed she was "addicted to wellness".
Patsy appeared on the show via video link from Malibu to talk about her new venture, however, after just mere minutes, she called a halt to the chat, insisting that she was ‘doing a Piers Morgan on it.’
Following the dramatic chat, Patsy flocked to Instagram to defend her actions after Good Morning Britain fans claimed she was acting ‘over the top’.
Pasty posted a lengthy statement, and first and foremost, she apologising to fans who wanted to hear some good news about her exciting new venture.
She then went on to slam those telling her 'to get over yourself' after her surprising antics.
In a post which she has since deleted, the actress penned: “My apologies to anyone that wants to hear good news as I have great faith that considering what is going on in the world wright now there are some people that do.
"I keep seeing people saying 'Get over yourself', I have gotten over my old self years ago and no longer wish to discuss it when I only have 5 minutes of air time."
