Offred was devising a plan to get the children out of Gilead and safely transport them to Canada on a plane.

Herself and other members of the movement Mayday ensured the children got on the plane but fans are unaware of the extent of Offred’s injury.

All will be revealed soon enough though as season four has almost arrived.
