A NEW star is joining the cast of The Only Way Is Essex – and Love Island fans will immediately recognise her.
The Sun can exclusively reveal Elma Pazar, who starred in the fifth series of the ITV2 dating show, has signed up to the upcoming series.
Elma has been invited on the cast’s trip to the Dominican Republic and has been filming with her co-stars on the tropical island.
A Towie source said: “Producers are really excited to throw Elma into the mix. She is a bundle of fun and relentlessly energetic.
“Elma is close friends with Amber Turner, and also Dan Edgar and Diags – who she has enjoyed some flirty nights with in the past.
“She is also good pals with Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows who have also joined the cast out in the Dominican to film the upcoming series.”

Elma isn’t the only new face to join the next instalment of the hit ITVBE show.
Yesterday The Sun revealed that Junaid Ahmed and Jordan Brook had joined the Towie family.
Jordan is no stranger to the show after he first appeared on the series back in 2017.
Earlier this year The Sun confirmed Towie bosses were planning on flying their cast to the Caribbean after filming was delayed because of the pandemic.
A source said at the time: “It is by far the most exotic trip they have ever done and the sandy white beaches of the Caribbean island will make a beautiful backdrop for any drama that unfolds.
“From Puerto Banús to Punta Cana, this is a Marbella glow up of epic proportions. Those lucky enough to get a place on the plane are in for a treat.”
FAMILIAR FACES ARE BACK
Chloe Brockett is also back for the next series of Towie after her future on the show was thrown into jeopardy following a bar brawl earlier this year.
And James Lock has also returned after pals feared he may be booted off after a bust-up with his ex-girlfriend Megan Barton Hanson.
Police were called after James had a row with Megan at her hotel in central London in March.
A show insider said of his comeback: “Towie bosses were made aware of what happened regarding this incident.
“James was not charged since he has kept completely out of trouble.
“It was decided he would remain part of the Towie family and was chosen as one of the stars to be flown out to the Caribbean.
