A man scooped a whopping $15.5M (£11m) jackpot at a Las Vegas casino on Christmas Eve – after putting just $40 (£30) into a slot machine.
The incredible feat took place in the Suncoast Hotel and Casino in Alta Drive on Thursday afternoon.
The man, who has only been identified as Kevin in order to protect him for safety reasons, said he divides his time between Las Vegas and Alaska.
According to a news release shared with Fox News, Kevin won the jackpot from an International Game Technology Megabucks slot machine on Christmas Eve afternoon around 12.30pm.
He reportedly only put $40 into the machine before his huge win.
"It was certainly a Christmas Eve to remember," a spokesman from Boyd Gaming told Fox News. "We’re excited and honoured we could play a part in this historic holiday jackpot at the Suncoast."
He told Boyd Gaming that he intends to use his winnings to support his business and "pay it forward."
Announcing the win, Suncoast Casino tweeted: "MEGABUCKS JACKPOT ALERT!
"Congratulations to Kevin for hitting the $15,491,103 Megabucks Progressive Jackpot at @suncoastcasino!"
Other Twitter users were quick to share their delight at the whopping win.
