EMILY Hartridge's devastated boyfriend today paid tribute to the 35-year-old YouTube star killed in Britain's first ever electric scooter crash.

Her boyfriend Jacob Hazell this morning paid tribute to Emily and her family in a tearful Instagram video.

"Emily was the person who encouraged me to talk about how I was feeling so I just wanted to put a video out here to say thank you and let people know I'm OK," he said.

"Emily has three amazing sisters and two amazing parents and they've been fantastic and I just want to say thank you for all the nice messages I've received.

I love you all and I love Emily and I really appreciate all of the support.
