Guinness World Records won’t verify ‘biggest weed brownie ever’

The world's largest single brownie has been created – and it has been laced with around 20,000mg of weed.

Created to celebrate National Brownie Day – in America, not the UK, sadly – MariMed bakery has launched their new range of cannabis-laced brownies, with the new chocolate mega-brownie taking centre stage.

It measures an incredible three feet wide, by three feet long.

It is 15 inches tall and weights it at an impressive 385kg.

It contains the massive amount of THC, which is the part of weed that gives you that high feeling.

The average weed brownie contains around 2.5mg to 50mg of THC, but it is thought that around 10mg of the stuff will give you the same feeling.

Although the amount of chocolate used has not been divulged – sadly – tt took 1,344 eggs, 36 kilograms of flour and a lot of sugar to create the monstrosity.

Ryan Crandall, Chief Product Officer at MariMed, told TMZ: "We wanted to do something big to celebrate the launch of our Bubby's Baked infused baked goods line, and what could be bigger than the World's Largest Cannabis Brownie.

“For many of us, home-made brownies were our first taste of cannabis-infused edibles.

“Bubby's recreates and elevates that nostalgic experience, infusing full-spectrum, craft-quality cannabis into timeless recipes, for a reliable high reminiscent of simpler times.”

The giant version was only created for marketing purposes for the national day, but it has already been sold to a medical cannabis patient in Massachusetts, Mr Crandall said.

The claim of it being the world's largest can not be verified, however, as the Guinness World Record told the company that they “no longer accepts applications or creates new record titles that are related to the consumption, preparation or use of tobacco, cannabis or nicotine products.”
