Man in his 20s stabbed outside McDonald's in North London

A MAN in his 20s was carried out of McDonald's in North London on a stretcher after being stabbed this evening.

Police were called at 6.40pm to reports of a man stabbed in Colindeep Lane, in Colindale.

Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the man, believed aged in his 20s, is being treated at the scene.

Road closures, including local business around the junction with Zenith Close, remain closed.

Enquiries into the stabbing continue.

No arrests have been made at this stage.

Witness Corey Froggatt tweeted: "Big police presence, air ambulance crew in attendance.

"One person carried out of the McDonald's on a stretcher."
