A young musician who died from stab injuries in an attack during broad daylight has been bailed as a "prominent figure" in UK music.
The 20-year-old, who the police have named as Keany Kristal Kissingou-Mabiala, died after he was fatally stabbed in Nottingham City Centre.
The incident took place at around 1.15pm on Monday, (October 12), near Milton Street near Victoria Centre reports NottinghamshireLive.
Emergency services rushed to the area and despite their best efforts he died at the scene.
Police said Keany was a "prominent figure" in the city's music scene, an an abundance of flowers, balloons and tributes have been left near to the area where he died.
A 17-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder minutes after the incident was reported to police.
On the evening of the attack, a 19-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of murder.
Detective inspector, Steve Wragg, said: "This was a tragic incident that has resulted in a young man losing his life.
“At this moment in time, we are not looking for anyone else as part of our enquiries and I would like to thank the public for their cooperation and information to help us understand the circumstances of this attack.

“We are aware that Keany was a prominent figure in the local music scene and we understand that people are incredibly saddened to have learned of his death.
“For someone so young to have lost their life is always a tragedy and our thoughts remain with Keany’s family who are being supported by specially trained officers.”
Keany's family have asked for privacy during this difficult time.
The boy and the man arrested remain in police custody on suspicion of murder.
